About The Position

This role involves system administration tasks with a focus on Windows and Linux environments, networking, and server management. The administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network devices, and utilizing scripting for automation.

Requirements

• Windows 11: ability to troubleshoot various hardware issues
• Linux: experience with Ubuntu and Fedora
• Networking: experience with Juniper
• Windows Server: manage roles including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory including Group Policy, Remote Desktop Services, and Hyper-V
• Experience with Powershell scripting

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Cisco and Dell networking systems
• Ability to upgrade code on Cisco and Juniper switches
• Strong Windows and Linux troubleshooting skills with hardware and software issues
• HP Device Manager (understanding of RMM tools would be sufficient)
• Experience with Splunk, Zabbix, Syslog-ng

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot various hardware issues on Windows 11.
