About The Position
Assist the head coach in developing and supervising student-athletes in the Chichester School District swimming program. Responsibilities include helping conduct practices, teaching swimming techniques and conditioning, supervising athletes during meets and team activities, promoting sportsmanship and academic success, and ensuring compliance with district and athletic department policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in swimming techniques and conditioning.
- Ability to supervise athletes.
- Knowledge of sportsmanship and academic success promotion.
- Understanding of district and athletic department policies and procedures.
