About The Position
The Swim School Deck Supervisor supports swim school operations by checking in families, directing children to instructors, and assisting swimmers and instructors from the deck as needed. The role includes observing and patrolling the pool area to help supervise pool operations. The position calls for an energetic team member who enjoys working with children and supporting families with kindness and patience. The role is based at the Hershey location, 1021 Springboard Dr, Hershey, PA 17033.
Requirements
- Be a happy, energetic team member who loves working with children and supporting families with kindness and patience.
- Remain on your feet for extended periods while supervising pool operations and assisting staff or swimmers.
- Be able to lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds when necessary.
Nice To Haves
- Red Cross CPR/AED certification is preferred but not required.
- Previous swim instruction experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
