About The Position
Join the team in its mission to provide a lifetime of water safety and opportunity by teaching the joy and skill of swimming. The Deck Supervisor checks in families, directs children to their instructors, assists swimmers and instructors from the deck as needed, and observes and patrols the pool area. The role requires remaining on your feet for extended periods while supervising pool operations and assisting staff or swimmers, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 75 pounds when necessary. The position is located at 1021 Springboard Dr, Hershey, PA 17033.
Requirements
- Happy, energetic team member who enjoys working with children and supporting families with kindness and patience.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds when necessary.
Nice To Haves
- Red Cross CPR/AED certification; preferred but not required.
- Previous swim instruction experience; preferred.
Responsibilities
