Part-Time Swim Instructor - Woodlands
About The Position
Emler Swim and Gymnastic Schools is hiring a part-time Swim Instructor in Woodlands to teach children ages 6 months to 12 years. Instructors receive paid, hands-on training and work with an experienced mentor to learn the school's swim instruction methods. The role focuses on teaching water safety and swimming skills in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment while building positive relationships with students and parents. This is an active position that involves being on your feet and in the pool. Set shifts include evenings and weekends, with opportunities to pick up additional hours. Previous teaching or swim experience is helpful but not required. The position offers a pay range of $11.00 to $14.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and certifications.
Requirements
- Love working with children and bring positive energy.
- Be reliable, safety-minded, and professional, with strong communication skills.
- Be able to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
- Be comfortable in the water and active on your feet.

- Previous teaching or swim experience is a plus, but not required.
