Part-Time Swim Instructor - Round Rock
About The Position
Emler Swim and Gymnastic Schools is hiring a part-time Swim Instructor in Round Rock to teach children ages 6 months to 12 years. Instructors train with an experienced mentor and teach weekly swim lessons using the school's instruction methods, while helping students develop water-safety skills in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment. The role involves building positive relationships with students and parents and making safety a priority around the pool. It is active and requires being on your feet and in the water. The position has set shifts that include evenings and weekends, with hours suited to students and part-time workers. Additional hours may be available as instructors grow in the role. Paid, hands-on training is provided; prior teaching or swim experience is a plus but is not required. The pay range is $14.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and certifications. Entry-level team members begin at the lower end of the range, with opportunities for increases based on growth, performance, and certifications.
