Computershare Fund Services (CFS), part of Issuer Services, provides proxy services and compliance mailings to Mutual Funds, Closed-End Funds, ETFs, and Variable Annuity clients. The SVP, National Account Manager role operates at a local level within CFS and works closely with the Sales team. The role also collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams and Shared Services, including Operations and CCS, to successfully execute proxy campaigns. The SVP, National Account Manager serves as an extension of the Sales team, partnering closely with Sales leadership to manage projects from point of sale through campaign execution. The role is responsible for day-to-day client relationship management, ensuring project expectations are met or exceeded. Acting as a project manager, the role coordinates with CFS teams including Data Processing, Production, and Call Center to drive accurate execution of client requirements, while managing and reviewing project financials to ensure budgets remain on track. Any changes to project scope or strategy are escalated as needed to minimize impact on execution.
