The National Account Manager, supporting Amplifon Hearing Health Care, owns and manages a portfolio of national and key health plan accounts, with a focus on retention, growth, and long-term profitability. In this role, you will lead day-to-day account management activities including renewals, account planning, performance reporting, and execution across internal teams. You will partner closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure contracts are executed effectively, clients are satisfied, and annual organic revenue goals are achieved. The National Account Manager also supports strategic initiatives and acts as a point of escalation for complex client issues. This role reports to our Vice President of Sales and Account Management, supporting Amplifon Hearing Health Care.
