About The Position

One Community Bank is hiring a full-time SVP-Commercial Banking Manager in McFarland, Wisconsin. The role leads a commercial banking team, drives growth, and cultivates strong client relationships. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
At least 10 years of experience in commercial banking or lending.
Comprehensive understanding of current financial industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
Strong problem-solving abilities and effective leadership skills.
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office tools.

Nice To Haves

At least 5 years of leadership, coaching, and team-development experience is preferred.
