About The Position

SingleStore is seeking an accomplished, strategic, and execution-oriented sales executive to lead its Americas go-to-market organization across Enterprise, Commercial, and Strategic segments. The role owns the regional revenue plan and is accountable for new-logo acquisition, expansion, forecast performance, and long-term customer value. Sales leaders and teams across these segments report into this position. The SVP sets regional goals, coverage and account strategies, resource plans, and execution priorities. The role establishes the operating cadence for pipeline creation, opportunity progression, deal inspection, forecasting, territory planning, and performance management; develops the sales leadership team; and builds a culture of accountability, urgency, customer focus, and continuous improvement. The executive partners with the CRO and cross-functional leaders to build a predictable, value-led revenue engine and improve the full customer and revenue lifecycle. This includes strengthening consultative selling, supporting complex enterprise transactions, developing customer and partner executive relationships, and representing the customer internally. The position is remote in the Americas and requires regular travel across the region.
