About The Position

Phasor Engineering LLC is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor for a permanent position supporting its growing operations and large projects in the western United States. The candidate must be licensed in Colorado and willing to obtain licenses in additional states; Phasor will pay the costs of obtaining those licenses. Work-from-home or hybrid arrangements may be explored, and working conditions are flexible for the right candidate. This is a field- and shift-based role. Employment is conditional on identity verification and a criminal background check. Salary range is $115,000–$165,000 per year; actual earnings may vary based on qualifications, relevant experience, and market conditions.

Requirements

Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Colorado.
Willingness to obtain professional licenses in additional states.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of project execution.
Establish project communication protocols, including identifying client and Phasor stakeholders and decision-makers, managing change, setting information dissemination procedures, and establishing systematic project data and reporting processes.
Manage project financials, establish cost controls, and conduct periodic reviews to identify risks.
Coordinate with Phasor personnel to understand project scheduling, cost, technical, and logistical requirements.
Manage subcontractors performing Geomatics work on a project.
Manage shift schedules, accommodations, and mobilization requirements for Crew Chiefs and Survey Assistants unless delegated to a Field Coordinator.
Participate in division-level meetings to coordinate crew allocation between projects.
