Regional Sales Director (Colorado)

LaserAway•Denver, CO

About The Position

LaserAway is seeking a Regional Sales Director to oversee sales performance and daily operations across multiple clinics in the region. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for clinic staffing, sales results, labor and schedule utilization, patient experience, compliance with company standards, and regional growth. The director works closely with Location Directors and teams across HR, recruiting, Operations, and Finance, using performance data to set goals and improve productivity and profitability. The role is expected to work in clinics at least five days per week, depending on business needs and performance, and to step in as an acting Location Director when a clinic lacks one. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required because clinics operate seven days a week. The Regional Sales Director recruits, mentors, trains, and holds teams accountable while supporting succession planning and the company’s regional growth. LaserAway describes itself as a fast-growing provider of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, with more than 180 locations nationwide. The company offers training, opportunities for professional growth, competitive compensation, benefits, and employee discounts on products and services.
