About The Position

Use GPS and survey equipment to collect and validate data, process the data, and create reports. The role also involves calculating and verifying computations, preparing and checking sketches and CAD drawings, reviewing plans, plats, and legal documents to plan and schedule work, and supervising, participating in, and coordinating surveying projects and goal establishment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent years of experience.
• Appropriate training and experience.
• Ability to follow specific directions.
• Ability to perform a variety of duties that may often change.
• Ability to work within standards of accuracy.
• Ability to repeat short-duration tasks according to a set procedure.
• Ability to evaluate information using measurable standards.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Ability to use arms and hands to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to climb up and down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects while carrying tools and equipment.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl, and to see naturally or with correction.
