ICF is hiring flexible, part-time remote Survey Research interviewers to support health-focused surveys for federal and global health agencies. Interviewers collect data by asking scripted telephone questions. The data helps clients identify risks and monitor trends to inform targeted health policy interventions. The position is fully remote and approximately 20–29 hours per week; hours may vary, and a recruiter will provide schedule options. Interviewers deliver scripted multiple-choice questions by telephone and accurately record responses, often using a computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI) system. ICF provides training on delivering the script and entering responses. Interviewers are expected to engage positively with members of the public while remaining neutral and unbiased. Colleagues and a Team Lead support skill development and project goals. The role requires sitting for extended periods and flexibility to work limited overtime as necessary.
