ICF is hiring flexible, part-time remote Survey Interviewers to support health-focused surveys for federal and global health agencies. Interviewers collect data by asking scripted telephone questions and accurately recording responses, which clients use to identify risks, monitor trends, and inform health policy interventions. Training is provided on delivering scripts and entering responses, including use of a computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI) system. Interviewers engage members of the public in a positive manner while remaining neutral and unbiased. They can learn from colleagues and their Team Lead in support of their development and project goals. The role is fully remote and approximately 20–29 hours per week; schedules can vary, and a recruiter will provide schedule options. The position requires sitting for long periods and working limited overtime as necessary. Applicants must live in one of the states listed in the job posting and pass a criminal background check.
