About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and identify potential threats before they escalate. The role may be based in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, or parking gatehouses. The officer observes activity, documents incidents, responds to potential threats, conducts patrols, controls access, and helps protect people and property.

The position is located in Lebanon, Tennessee. The posting lists two full-time schedule options: Wednesday and Thursday plus Saturday and Sunday, with shifts of 4 p.m.–12:30 a.m. and 7 a.m.–3 p.m.; or Saturday through Tuesday, evenings, 4 p.m.–12:30 a.m. The wage is $18.55 per hour. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Have a state license if required.
