About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. The officer monitors security systems and screens to spot threats before they escalate in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The role includes documenting incidents, responding to potential threats, conducting patrols, controlling access, and helping protect people and property.

The posting lists two schedules: full time, Wednesday through Sunday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.; and part time, Friday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The hourly wage is $18.49. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency with technology.
• Have a state license if required.
