About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer for a site in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. The officer monitors security systems and screens for suspicious activity, records incidents, responds to potential threats, and helps protect people and property. The position also includes conducting patrols, controlling access to secure areas, checking visitor identities, identifying security-system vulnerabilities or malfunctions, and collaborating with law enforcement during serious incidents or emergencies.

The role is part-time, with varying days and hours across first, second, and third shifts. The advertised hourly wage is $18.49. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.
