About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and identify potential threats in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The officer will observe screens carefully, document incidents, respond to potential threats, patrol premises, control access, and help protect people and property. The role is based in Nashville, Tennessee, and offers several full-time schedules: Friday through Tuesday, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Sunday through Thursday, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.; or Saturday through Wednesday, 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. The hourly wage is $18. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
