About The Position
GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Nashville, Tennessee. The role involves monitoring security systems and screens to identify threats before they escalate, in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The officer also documents incidents, responds to potential threats, patrols premises, controls access to secure areas, and helps protect people and property. The position offers full-time schedules on one of three rotations: Friday through Tuesday, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Sunday through Thursday, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.; or Saturday through Wednesday, 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pay is $18 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. Employment is contingent on completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
- Pass an extensive screening process.
- Have strong report-writing skills.
- Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
- Have strong proficiency with technology.
- Hold a state license if required.
