About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Tucson, Arizona. The officer will monitor security systems and screens to spot potential threats before they escalate, in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The role includes observing and documenting activity, responding to incidents, patrolling premises, controlling access, and helping protect people and property.

The posting lists two schedules: 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Thursday–Friday (24 hours per week) and 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Monday–Wednesday (36 hours per week). The hourly wage is $18.50. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.
