About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Truck Gate Security Officer in Jackson, Georgia. This customer-service-focused role involves building connections and inspiring confidence while working with drivers and site personnel. The position is part-time, with a weekend schedule of either 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM or 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday, totaling 24 hours. The hourly wage is $17.00. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees.

The officer will control and monitor access at the truck gate, verify driver identification and delivery documents, record truck activity, inspect vehicles and security seals, enforce site procedures, communicate with drivers and personnel, monitor security systems, report irregularities, and maintain a safe and professional gate environment.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor access at the truck gate.
• Verify driver identification, credentials, and delivery paperwork.
• Accurately log inbound and outbound truck activity.
• Inspect vehicles, trailers, and seals for security compliance.
• Enforce site rules, procedures, and traffic flow requirements.
• Communicate with drivers, site personnel, and supervision.
• Monitor gate security systems and report incidents or irregularities.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and professional gate environment.
