About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The officer monitors security systems and screens to identify suspicious activity and potential threats before they escalate. The role may be based in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, or parking gatehouses. Available schedules include part-time second shift, Monday through Friday, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., and full-time shifts on Monday and Tuesday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Thursday and Friday from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The position pays $17.85 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
