About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Grand Prairie, Texas. The role involves monitoring security systems and video screens to spot threats before they escalate, documenting events, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, controlling access, and helping protect people and property. The position offers a full-time schedule: Tuesday through Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and Friday through Saturday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. The hourly wage is $16.48. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.
