About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in St. Louis, Missouri. The officer monitors security systems and screens to identify threats before they escalate, documenting incidents and helping protect people and property. The role also involves patrols, access control, responding to potential threats, assessing security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions, and coordinating with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies.

This is a full-time, third-shift position scheduled Friday through Tuesday, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., paying $18.50 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended. GardaWorld notes that career growth opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.
