About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Guard in Willard, Ohio. The role involves monitoring security systems and screens to identify threats before they escalate, in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The schedule is full-time on Friday and Saturday, 3rd shift, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., at $18.50 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
