About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and identify threats before they escalate. The role involves observing screens in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses, documenting incidents, responding to potential threats, and helping protect people and property. The position is based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, with full-time schedules available Friday through Tuesday, 12 a.m. to 8 a.m., or Tuesday through Saturday, 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. The hourly wage is $18.19. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully complete an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
