About The Position

The Surveillance Manager maintains regular and open communication with the Northern Arapaho Gaming Agency (NAGA) and Casino Management to correct potential internal controls violations or security concerns within the gaming operation. This role is available to directly answer any questions concerning specific incidents. The manager directs the daily operations of the Surveillance Department, assists in the development of existing and new gaming policies and procedures, and supervises the activities of the surveillance department ensuring that all areas of concern or noncompliance are corrected or resolved. This includes training, scheduling, and supervising Surveillance Technicians/Agents. The role involves monitoring and inspection of gaming activities through live, recorded, and personal observations, utilizing complex surveillance equipment such as monitors, DVRs, PTZ cameras, computer hardware and software, and surveillance control systems. The manager is responsible for preparing and maintaining detailed, factual, and accurate records and logs. The position requires knowledge of gaming enterprise policies, procedures, and internal controls, with the ability to inform and communicate orally and in writing about adverse and challenging situations. The role demands the ability to process information effectively, learn new materials, identify and define problems, and make decisions.

Requirements

  • Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
  • Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for training, scheduling, and supervising Surveillance Technician/Surveillance Agent.
  • Monitoring and inspection of gaming activities through the live, recorded, and personal observations.
  • Utilizes complex surveillance equipment.
  • Operates monitors, DVRs, PTZ cameras, computer hardware and software, and surveillance control systems.
  • Prepares and maintains detailed, factual, accurate records and logs.
  • Willing and able to work any shifts including splits, evenings, weekends, and holidays according to operational hours and needs.
  • Will be on-call at all times.
  • Knowledgeable of gaming enterprise policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Ability to inform and communicate orally and in writing adverse and challenging situations.
  • Ability to process effectively, to learn new materials, to identify and define problems and make decisions.
