About The Position
Join the Ambulatory Surgery Center at the Plaza as a Surgical Technologist and contribute to outpatient procedures. The center provides a comfortable, warm environment and is committed to exceptional clinical outcomes, a superior patient experience, and the use of the latest technology. The role involves visually assessing patients’ conditions, maintaining sterile techniques, ensuring accurate counts throughout surgery, and assembling, preparing, and passing sutures, instruments, and supplies to surgeons and assistants. This is a part-time position scheduled for 54 hours every two weeks, Monday through Friday. Shifts vary from 8 to 10 hours and fall between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. There are no weekends or holidays. Starting pay begins at $30.07 per hour, with the exact wage determined by years of related experience; the pay range is $30.07–$45.10 per hour.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider Card.
- Basic knowledge of surgical technologist duties and responsibilities.

- Current certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
