About The Position

Join the Ambulatory Surgery Center at the Plaza as a Surgical Technologist supporting outpatient procedures. The role contributes to exceptional clinical outcomes and patient experience in a comfortable outpatient surgery environment that uses the latest technology. Responsibilities include visually assessing patients’ conditions, maintaining sterile techniques, ensuring accurate counts throughout surgery, and assembling, preparing, and passing sutures, instruments, and supplies to surgeons and assistants.

This is a full-time position scheduled for 63 hours every two weeks. Shifts are Monday through Friday, vary between 8 and 10 hours, and occur between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. There are no weekends or holidays. Starting pay is $30.07 per hour, with the exact wage based on years of related experience; the listed pay range is $30.07–$45.10 per hour.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider Card.
• Basic knowledge of surgical technologist duties and responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.
