About The Position
Join the Ambulatory Surgery Center at the Plaza as a Surgical Technologist, supporting outpatient procedures in a comfortable environment focused on exceptional clinical outcomes, patient experience, and modern technology. The role includes assessing patients’ conditions, maintaining sterile technique, ensuring accurate surgical counts, and preparing and passing sutures, instruments, and supplies to surgeons and assistants. This is a full-time position scheduled for 72 hours every two weeks, Monday through Friday, with various 8- to 10-hour shifts between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. No weekends or holidays are required. Starting pay begins at $30.07 per hour, with the exact wage determined by years of related experience; the pay range is $30.07–$45.10 per hour.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider Card.
- Basic knowledge of surgical technologist duties and responsibilities.
Nice To Haves
- Current certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.
