About The Position
This is a three-month contract opportunity for a CVOR Tech (Cardiovascular Operating Room Technologist) at a hospital facility in Akron, Ohio. The role supports surgical services in a cardiovascular operating room. The position is onsite and follows a day-shift schedule of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, four 10-hour shifts per week. On-call requirements apply; details will be discussed with the manager. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of permanent (PERM) experience in surgical services.
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; the employer cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
- COVID-19 vaccination is required; medical or religious exemptions are accepted.
- Flu vaccination is required; medical or religious exemptions are accepted.
