About The Position
THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Surgical Services CVOR Tech for an assignment in Salem, Virginia. The role is scheduled for five 8-hour day shifts. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. The position requires current clinical and health documentation, the ability to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings, and provision of two current clinical references. Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening, background screening, and urine drug screening
