About The Position
Our client is seeking a CVOR Tech for a Surgical Services position in Richmond, Virginia. The position is scheduled for a 5x8 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. This role requires the listed employment documents, certifications, clinical references, health screenings, vaccinations, and pre-employment screening.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background screening, and urine drug screening
