About The Position

THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CVOR Tech for a Surgical Services position in Middletown, Ohio. The position is a 4x10 days shift. Requirements

• Current state licensure
• At least 1 year of recent experience
• Current resume
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
• 2 current clinical references
• Physical examination within 12 months
• TB skin test within 12 months
• Titers for MMR, Hep B, and Varicella
• Respiratory fit test within 12 months
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
• Must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings
