About The Position

THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CVOR Tech for a Surgical Services position in Lewisville, Texas. The position is scheduled for five 8-hour day shifts. Applicants must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.

Requirements

• Current state licensure
• At least 1 year of recent experience
• Current resume
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
• Two current clinical references
• Physical examination within the past 12 months
• TB skin test within the past 12 months
• MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
• Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
• Ability to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings
