Requirements

• Surgery scheduling experience (1+ year(s) of procedure scheduling experience preferred)
• Experience scheduling complex cases

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule hospital case procedures
• Schedule in-clinic ablations
• Assist with office-based lab procedure scheduling
• Manage complex surgical cases
• Ensure scheduling activities are organized and completed accurately
• Coordinate multiple procedure schedules
• Support the ongoing scheduling needs of the practice
