The Surgeon Recruiter is responsible for acquiring leads, prospecting, interviewing, and achieving goals as set forth by the Vice President of Medical Administration and Chief Medical Officer. This position will play an integral role in ensuring all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process are followed from start to finish understanding that working with a sense of urgency is a key to success. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for Plastic, Cosmetic and General Surgeon’s.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4+ years of equivalent recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated full-cycle recruitment expertise, including sourcing, candidate engagement, and closing.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and database management.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build credibility with hiring managers and a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and business acumen.
  • Regular and predictable attendance required.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of national, multi-state, or virtual recruitment experience preferred.
  • Experience creating or enhancing recruiting tools and processes.
  • Willingness to take on projects outside the defined scope of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the full recruitment life cycle to attract, engage, and hire top talent, balancing urgency, complexity, creativity, and cost.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a consistently positive experience from scheduling through day-of coordination.
  • Develops and maintains a network of contacts and talent pipeline through colleges, professional organizations, and tools such as Doximity and Salesforce.
  • Maintains data integrity in Salesforce and tracking systems, producing required reports (e.g., cost centers, reason for opening, approval chain).
  • Prepares offers, develops closing strategies, negotiates compensation packages, and provides prompt follow-up to all stakeholders through contract execution.
  • Enhances recruiting processes to decrease time to hire while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Understands the market and develops creative sourcing strategies to connect with qualified talent.
  • Represents Sono Bello professionally, promoting it as an employer of choice in the communities we serve.
  • Assists the Recruiting Team in planning, executing, and attending local and national Physician Conferences.
  • Communicates professionally, tactfully, and with diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with respect.
