About The Position
Serves as the administrative resource person within the Care Center. Collaborates with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Administrator to guide staff in the process of problem resolution.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Tennessee or multi-state RN license required.
- ACLS required before the conclusion of the orientation period.
- Recent long-term care RN experience demonstrating advanced leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of overall nursing home policies.
Nice To Haves
- BSN or equivalent preferred.
- Previous management experience preferred.
