About The Position

Provides direct and indirect care to a designated group of patients or residents by carrying out provider orders. The LPN supervises direct care staff, evaluates patient or resident needs, and ensures continuity of care by following an established plan of care while collaborating with facility ancillary staff and nursing administration. This is a temporary assignment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current State of Tennessee license and/or multistate license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• BLS required.
• Minimum of 1 year of long-term care and skilled care experience.
