About The Position
Assists patients and residents with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care, and helps maintain a safe and clean environment. The role works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- State of Tennessee certification as a nurse aide.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients and residents with activities of daily living.
- Provide basic nursing care.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.
