As part of the Product Ministry, the Supporter Marketing Specialist contributes to the planning, personalization, and execution of campaigns that support meaningful supporter experiences and ministry impact. This role supports Agile product teams by executing campaign components across multiple channels, applying targeting logic, and contributing to quality assurance and testing efforts. Reporting to the People Leader in Product, the Supporter Marketing Specialist collaborates with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, data integrity, and optimized delivery. The ideal candidate demonstrates growing technical confidence, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to learning and improving campaign outcomes.
