The company is seeking passionate problem-solvers for a role that offers purpose, collaboration with motivated colleagues, and an environment that fosters continuous learning, creativity, and fun. The role, internally known as a firsthand Guide (fG) or Core Guide, is crucial for outreach and engagement, supporting individuals with SMI to achieve and maintain behavioral and physical wellness. Core Guides are empowered to connect with individuals who have disengaged from or never accessed services, bringing the expertise of a Peer Recovery Specialist with firsthand's distinctive approach. The Core Guide partners with the firsthand Care Team to drive whole health wellness, working closely with clinicians and other support members. They serve as the primary point of contact, assisting individuals with scheduling appointments, advocating for their needs, and setting and achieving goals.
