About The Position

Integrated Life Choices is seeking a Supported Services Manager to work in supported services for individuals with developmental disabilities in the central Colorado area. The position provides day-to-day opportunities that support and guide individuals in achieving personal goals for maximum living. This may involve modeling productive behavior and teaching life-improving concepts and day-to-day functional skills. The role also includes direct support work, staff supervision and training, and developing, implementing, and updating programs for individuals.

Requirements

Must be at least 19 years of age.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Two or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Successfully complete and pass CAPS, criminal background, and DMV checks.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in a related human services field preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with developing new plans and programs for individuals.
Work direct support hours.
Supervise and manage staff effectively, consistently, and fairly.
Train current and new staff members.
Participate in on-call rotations during weekends and holidays.
Use Behavior Support Programs/Activities to guide day-to-day actions.
Initiate programs and ensure they are followed, implemented, and updated correctly for each individual.
Perform other duties as assigned.
