Requirements

  • Ability to manage personal responsibilities in a high-stress, fast-paced work environment.
  • Friendly, upbeat, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with an ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility with scheduling, working weekends, and holidays.
  • Required Food Handlers & OLCC certifications.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Host/Food Runner/Busser.
  • Welcome guest with a warm, friendly demeanor.
  • Guide guests to table or bar.
  • Responsible for the sale of Take-out Food & Beer.
  • Support server/bar in maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Optimize seating so the restaurant operates in a fluid motion.
  • Effective communication with bar, and kitchen staff.
  • Polite, warm phone etiquette.
  • De-greet guests as they leave while welcoming them back for future visits
