About The Position

Topgolf is seeking fun-loving, dedicated and caring team members for its hourly Service Support role. Service Support Playmakers help create an enjoyable experience for Players in a fast-paced, collaborative sports and entertainment environment. They greet Players, deliver food and drinks to bays, assist with non-alcoholic beverages, and keep service and common areas clean, stocked and safe. Team members are expected to support coworkers where needed and demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage and Caring.

Requirements

• Positive attitude.

• Player-focused approach to delivering an excellent experience.
• Ability to stay calm and thrive in a popular, high-volume environment.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including carrying food trays up and down different elevations and stairs.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop and carry.
• Ability to remain on one’s feet for most of the day and walk throughout the shift.
• Ability to stay active and keep pace during long shifts and sustained tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently and ensure Players have what they need.
• Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
• Bus bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
• Support the team where needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line and keeping common areas clean.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the work area clean, safe and compliant.
• Demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage and Caring.
