About The Position

The Support Associate works in both the back of the house and on the sales floor, managing inventory processes that support a smooth customer experience. The role includes processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring merchandise is properly stored, ticketed, replenished, and represented on the sales floor. The associate maintains an organized stockroom and a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards, while supporting visual updates and delivering a customer-focused experience. The role is temporary and part-time at the Houston Galleria Mall location.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate a team-player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Be able to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Have strong organizational skills.
• Commit to regular attendance to ensure adequate coverage.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Properly intake, store, and ticket merchandise to support replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects the company’s culture of hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
• Keep the team informed about inventory needs.
