The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment grounded in hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and delivering personalized service. The associate also supports store performance and operations through sales goals, merchandising, inventory replenishment, organization, and maintaining brand standards.

• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
