About The Position

WHBM is built on the foundation of fashion’s iconic White + Black contrast and inspires independent women through modern yet timeless styles. As a Sales Associate, you will help create a customer-centered store environment grounded in hospitality. You will build genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service while contributing to store performance and maintaining brand standards. This is a temporary, part-time position at the Houston Galleria Mall location.

Requirements

• Passion for the brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old in Texas; must be at least 18 years old in states not listed as having a 16-year minimum.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
