The Supply Chain Technology Intern works with supply chain partners, system owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand operational pain points, assess technology functionality and utilization, and support the Supply Chain Technology Roadmap. The role provides hands-on experience at the intersection of supply chain, technology, analytics, and continuous improvement. Successful interns may have the opportunity to join Lennox full-time upon graduation. Relocation and/or travel may be required. The intern assesses supply chain systems, including their ownership, utilization, functionality, capabilities, and potential overlap; documents current-state findings and identifies opportunities to consolidate platforms, improve adoption, and make better use of existing technology investments. The role also analyzes system issues, enhancement requests, user feedback, and manual processes; interviews stakeholders; and identifies process improvements, training needs, functionality gaps, and automation opportunities. The intern develops fact-based business cases for prioritized opportunities, outlining business problems, current-state impacts, solution options, expected benefits, costs, dependencies, risks, and potential return on investment. They organize and analyze operational information using Excel and other data sources, prepare presentations and documentation, and support project coordination and special initiatives related to supply chain technology, automation, and process improvement. This is an hourly, non-exempt internship role. The starting pay range is $19.80–$22.00 per hour, based on the intern’s current year in their university program; graduate students may receive a higher rate based on their year in school. Overtime may be earned for work exceeding 40 hours in a week, or as otherwise required by state law. Relocation support is available if needed.
